Team Management

Create and manage teams in the OLLM dashboard to share billing, invite collaborators, and control access with role-based permissions.

The Team tab in your OLLM Dashboard lets you organize access and billing across collaborators. You can create multiple teams, invite members with specific roles, and manage or delete teams at any time.

Accessing Team Management

  1. Open the Dashboard in the OLLM console.
  2. Navigate to the Team tab.

You'll see a list of all teams you belong to or own. Each team entry shows:

  • Team name and a unique team ID (e.g., dev-d7035d80)
  • Your role within the team (Owner, Admin, Member, or Viewer)
  • The team's current balance
  • A + Top up button to add credits to that team's balance
  • Edit and Delete action icons

Creating a Team

Click NEW TEAM in the top-right corner to create a new team. Once created, the team appears in your list and you can immediately invite members or top up its balance.

Renaming a Team

  1. Click the pencil (edit) icon next to the team you want to rename.
  2. The team name becomes an editable text field.
  3. Type the new name.
  4. Click the checkmark to save, or the X to cancel without saving.

Deleting a Team

  1. Click the trash icon next to the team you want to remove.
  2. A confirmation message appears inline: "Delete '[Team Name]'? This cannot be undone."
  3. Click the checkmark to confirm deletion, or the X to cancel.

Deleting a team is permanent and cannot be reversed. Any unused balance associated with the team will be lost.

Inviting Members

To view members and invite new collaborators:

  1. Click on a team name (or the chevron arrow next to it) to expand the team.
  2. You'll see a list of current members along with their email and role.
  3. In the invite form at the bottom:
    • Enter the collaborator's email address.
    • Select a role from the dropdown: Admin, Member, or Viewer.
    • Click + Invite.

The invited user will receive access to the team based on the assigned role.

Roles and Permissions

RoleDescription
OwnerFull control, can manage billing, invite members, rename, and delete the team.
AdminCan invite and manage members, and access all team resources.
MemberCan use team API keys and resources, but cannot manage billing or members.
ViewerRead-only access to team resources and usage.

Billing per Team

Each team has its own balance displayed next to its name. Use + Top up on any team to add credits independently. This lets you allocate budgets across different projects or departments without mixing costs.
